Jazmine Steed is a young, talented, writer, and director of the play Sin Has No Titles. She was inspired to write this play because of her vision to become an actress. (Philippians 4:13)

Jazmine Steed never would have thought that she will be a director until she took away her fears and used her God gifted talents. She believes in doing whatever it takes to pursue her dreams to become an actress. She looks up to many great successful people such as Tyler Perry, Taraji Henson, Will Packer, Viola Davis, Oprah Winfrey, Denzel Washington, Spike Lee and Brad James. She has taken her writing skills to a new level by deciding to write so that her voice can be heard. Jazmine Steed is from Augusta GA, where she began her acting classes at the age of 5 years old at the Augusta Mini Theatre with director Ms. Julie Butler and Mr. Tyrone Butler.
She has 2 lovely parents Jessica Steed and Ellis Steed and the oldest of 3 beautiful sisters Imani Steed, Destyni Steed and Zora Steed. She has been writing poetry and short scripts since she was 13 years old. Jazmine Steed was inspired to write to embrace her voice, emotions, and feelings to lift up someone else spirit. She has always had a passion of acting and a God gifted talent of writing. In 2014, she moved to Atlanta GA, to pursue her career and dreams at Georgia State University. In 2015, she stayed dedicated and focus on her dreams and goals.
She played the lead role of “Freda Fear in the play “Except A Man Die, He Cannot Live”.
She also was featured on popular television films such as, GreenLeaf Season 1, GreenLeaf Season 2, The Quad, Tupac Movie, Question Of Faith, Undercover Brothers 2, Blacklightning season1 Pride and Prejudice, Star, and more to come. In 2016, she became one of the journalist writer’s at Georgia State University and her most known article was with famous singer Usher Raymond. She has always been a writer and fighting to become an actress.
In 2017, she started taking film acting classes with popular actor, director, and training acting coach Dwayne Boyd at the Premier Actors Network. In May 2018, she graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s of Art Degree with the major of speech communication and minor of theatre.
Jazmine Steed stated “I will rather be poor and happy than rich and unhappy because going after a dream means more than working without a dream”.
